Limited Lifetime Warranty
CellTech’s mission is to provide the best possible device repairs by using the highest quality parts on the market and qualified technicians. We offer a lifetime warranty on repairs unless it conflicts with the items listed below.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY.
- Includes but is not limited to batteries, soldering, reflows, sold phones, and flex cable repairs (90 day warranty is warranted)
- Accessories
- Warranty is voided in the event of a manufacturer software enhancement that adversely affects the functionality of the phone.
- Any subsequent damage of any kind caused to the device after the repair service is complete.
- Any bending or damage to the frame whatsoever after the repair
- Damage resulting from any misuse of any kind
- Any kind of liquid damage
- Any software related issues
- Faults not related to the original repair. For example, if we replace the screen on your device and your battery starts to become faulty, the battery is not covered under our warranty policy
- Data loss
- If your device is repaired by another company this voids all warranties.
- Any pre-condition issues
- Cracked screens
- Jail broken or rooted devices
